ESE: 2301 011 DAYS TANZANIA & KENYA HIGHLIGHTS
Day 1 Nairobi – Lake Manyara
Breakfast and an early morning departure heading for the Kenya Tanzania border town, Namanga. After clearance with the customs, you proceed towards Arusha arriving in time for lunch.
After lunch, you will then head for the Lake Manyara national park for an overnight stay.

Day 2 Lake Manyara – Serengeti
You will be treated to a morning game drive within the park, returning to the lodge for early lunch. After lunch, you will proceed for the Serengeti National park where huge herds of wildebeest, Zebra, and Gazelle roam the endless plains. You will have a game drive en route to your lodge. Overnight at lodge. (D, B,)
Day 3 Serengeti
Morning and afternoon game drives. Serengeti is famous for huge herds of plains game and this culminates with the annual migration of the Wildebeest whose proceedings are closely monitored by the following predators and scavengers. Overnight at the lodge. (L, D, B)
Day 4 Serengeti – Ngorongoro
Morning game drives at the Serengeti National park returning to your lodge for lunch. After lunch, you drive through the Serengeti plains stopping over at the Olduvai gorge for a visit to the museum where the collection of archeological artefacts discovered by Luis and Mary Leakey are displayed. Continue to Ngorongoro crater 2000ft walls surround a crater floor covering over 100sq miles. Overnight will be at the Ngorongoro conservation area. (D, B)
Day 5 Ngorongoro Crater
Early morning descend into the crater floor for wildlife viewing. The Black mane lions rule this unique crater area. There is also the Crater Lake which is home to thousands of migrant flamingos. Elephant, Buffalo and Rhino are also found here in greater concentrations than anywhere else in Africa. You will be treated to a picnic lunch before ascending out of the crater. Overnight will be at the conservation area. (L, D, B)
Day 6 Ngorongoro Crater - Amboseli
You will have breakfast and embark on your journey for Arusha arriving in time for lunch. After lunch, you will head for the Namanga border town for clearance and proceed for the Amboseli national park. You will have a game drive en route to your hotel. Overnight will be at the lodge. (D, B)
Day 7 Amboseli National Park
Dawn being the most appropriate time for game viewing in this park, you will have an early game drive coinciding with the sun rise over the Kilimanjaro. You will later return to your lodge for a late breakfast. Rest of the day will be spent at leisure within the confines of the lodge.
You will have another game drive in the afternoon. Overnight will be at the lodge.

Day 8 Amboseli – Lake Nakuru
Depart from your lodge after breakfast as you heard for the city of Nairobi. You will have a brief stopover at the Namanga border town. Later proceed arriving at the city in time for lunch. Later continue with your journey for Lake Nakuru national park, “The greatest ornithological spectacle” with a game drive en route to the lodge. Overnight will be at Lake Nakuru Park. (D, B)
Day 9 Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara
After breakfast you will have a game drive as you exit the park and transverse the floor of the rift valley into the famous Masai mara national reserve arriving in time for lunch.
You will have an afternoon game drive. Overnight at the lodge. (L, D, B)
Day 10 Masai Mara
Morning and afternoon game drives. This game reserve is famous for the vast herds of migrating wildebeest which culminates with the grand finale crossings at the crocodile infested Mara River. This is an annual spectacle led by biological instincts in search of greener and fresher pastures. Overnight at the lodge. (L, D, B)
Day 11 Masai Mara – Nairobi
Breakfast and return to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch.
