Day 01
Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. You will be received by your Essenia safari manager and transferred to your Arusha hotel for check in, briefing and an overnight stay.

Day 02
Arusha / Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, depart Arusha for Ngorongoro by road. Check in followed by lunch. Afternoon will be at leisure and you also enjoy an optional cultural tour. Overnight stay at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge / Ngorongoro Farm House / similar. Meal plan: Full Board.
Day 03
Ngorongoro Crater Tour / Central Serengeti
After breakfast, collect your packed lunch, board your safari jeep and descend to the Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive, the drive descends about 2,000 feet into this ancient collapsed volcanic crater, passing through lush rainforest and thick vegetation, on our way to the largest concentration of wildlife in Africa. The habitats here include; savannah grassland, swamps, forests and lakes resulting to a staggering variety of animals; lions, zebras, buffaloes, rhinos, elephants, gazelles and wildebeests and enormous varieties of terrestrial and water birds. Depart Ngorongoro after lunch and head to Serengeti with en route game viewing.
With wide open spaces, bright blue skies and magnificent wildlife, Serengeti will simply take your breath away. The Serengeti’s terrain is quite varied: savannah dotted with acacia trees, magnificent rocky outcrops – Kopjes with riverine forests, Serengeti remains one of the world’s last great wildlife refuges and home to the annual wildebeest migration, one of nature’s wonders. Our base here will be the Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge. Set high on a hill with 360° views over the Serengeti savannah, the Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge combines luxury with simplicity and is Africa at its best.

Day 04
Serengeti to Kogatende (Northern Serengeti)
Breakfast at your lodge, check out with picnic lunch and enjoy a morning game drive as you embark on a drive from Central to northern Serengeti. This is where over one million wildebeests accompanied by Zebras can be sighted between June and October during the annual migration between Serengeti and Masai Mara.
Although Serengeti is world famous for the annual wildebeest and other ungulates’ migration, the park is well known for its healthy stock of other resident wildlife, particularly the "Big Five", named for the five most prized trophies taken by game hunters. Natural habitats in Serengeti include savannah grass lands dotted with acacia trees, magnificent rock outcroppings called kopjes, swamps, dense bush as well as streams and rivers. They provide different opportunities for tracking different animal’s species. Return to the camp late evening after a whole day in the African jungle.

Day 05
Northern Serengeti
You will spend the full day in northern Serengeti trailing the migration in the open savannah and along the banks of the Mara River. You will be also be on the lookout for predators that trail the migrating herds for easy kills. Meal Plan: Full Board

Day 06
Serengeti / Arusha or Kilimanjaro / Depart
After breakfast, check out and enjoy game drive en route to the local airstrip. Board your scheduled morning flight to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport. On arrival, connect to your onward evening flight connection. depart
